Description of this Run

Turn left out of centre and cross footbridge to Eastern Avenue. Follow than turn right into Wanstead High Street. At the end turn right into Woodford Rd, carry on to Woodford Green Hight Rd Follow to underpass via lachett Street Go through underpass than down to Charlie Browns Roundabout Tke Chigwell Rd turn off, follow into Hermon Hill turning left at the end into Wanstead High Rd Turn left at the end of the High Steet into Eastern Avenue, then back to centre by footbridge.
