Description of this Run

Immediately after jogging 36 minutes 42 seconds for 4.5 miles at an average pace of 8:09 (7.36 mph. from Jerry & Priscilla's house along trail, L on Sand Creek Road, R on O'Hara Blvd, R on Central Blvd to Mom's house. I was following a Liberty Male Cross Country Athlete along Sand Creek until I took a right at Central Blvd. He was probably going to Liberty. I was able to stay behind him but did not spend the effort to catch up to him. He kept a distance of about 10 yards in front of me for 15 minutes. Sitting BP-189/27 Systolic & Diastolic seem out of range. BP cuff has not been used since January 14th (2 weeks). HR-155 Even though I pushed harder from 5 minute interval to the 20 minute interval, I did not push hard all the way to Mom's house, but I was feeling in a higher heart and breathing rate zone.
