Out through the new areas of Tallebudgera Valley, unfortunately alot of out and back as ultimately the roads end. Good quiet roads but next time will go further along Trees Rd (only approx turning point, basically a steep ascent and heavy rain stopped me). - a 18.8 mi running route in Palm Beach Qld 4221, Australia
