Description of this Run

Start on the road between the stables bar and the UL Arena. Run through the stunning UL campus towards the Groody roundabout. Turn left onto the Dublin road. Continue up to the Milford road and turn left. Continue up to the junction of the Plassey Park road and turn right. Continue to the East Gate entrance of the UL Campus. Turn left in the UL campus. Continue on past the start line and through the UL campus up to the mini-roundabout. Turn right at the mini-roundabout. Continue over the bridge to the north side of the shannon. Continue to the Medical science building and the Livin bridge. Continue over the living bridge and back in the UL campus, past the Library and back onto the road. Turn left onto the road and continue up the road and take the left turn just before the UL Arena. Continue to the rear entrance to the UL track. The finish line is on the UL track.
