Start at the milk bar, run down to pier and along to the church. Run along the road to the path along the river. Take the path to the old road, once round the games field (clockwise, then out and back along the old road. take the path at Camstradden, past the field, along the river and over the new bridge up to the Glen road. Run up the hill, wave at the bear, up to the lay by above Grandma and Grandpas house. Back down the glen, over the bridge, down past the school, past the milk bar, down to the pier, and along to the church, finishing at the church gate - a 5.5 mi running route in Argyll And Bute, the United Kingdom
