Description of this Bike Ride

Started in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and traveled along the Shore Parkway Greenway till Flatbush Avenue. Followed Marine Parkway to Riis Park and then rode along the Rockaway Peninsula to Merrick Boulevard. We continued along Merrick until the Massapequa Preserve and followed that trail to the Hempstead Turnpike and the roads that follow the Central Line of the Long Island Railroad. In Central Islip we began to work our way north into Stony Brook ending at Main Street and 25A.
