Description of this Run

This is the way I run it. Starting from an entry just off Powell (just short of the 2.25 mile marker on the paved part). I run the trail as much as possible and on the concrete where necessary (from the park on the south side to the small parking lot by the frisby golf course where the road dead ends). This is the way I run it!
