Description of this Bike Ride

Circle Highway located at only 2100 foot altitude Name: AV Circunvalacion - 10 miles long (16.1 km) around San Juan, Argentina. Site of a former International race course in the 1966 to its closing in 1971. It is located within a dense population center. The highway is divided with an outer an inner loop. It has multiple entrance / exits with multiple overpasses. Such a freeway could never be closed for a race event without likely having a major impact on the city that it surrounds.
