Description of this Run

This is the Comrades down run as I remember it when I did it in 2003. This race has to be the greatest race in the world and is something every runner should try and do at least once in their lifetime. The distance is immense and the course is very challenging but the crowd support is unbelievable and carries you through when you think you can\'t go any further.
