Long Run/Walk for Endurance
this is a run to help build up your mileage, without demanding constant running.
check out the "transition" (T) notes to see when to approximate running and walking. these are adjustable, given progress.
NOTE: i do advise at LEAST a very slow jog for the longer "walk/jog" intervals to maintain heart rate and stay loose. Every 50m or so, stretch those legs, do a few strides too...stay loose - a 6 mi running route in Ann Arbor, Michigan
