I have never pedalled this route all in one go but I have pedalled each section of it at one time or another and I will say it is one of the best "in-town" site-seeing routes on the planet

Nice trail, really nice...wow
Along the rideau canal, the Ottawa river, Leamy Lake. It's truly awesome, and it's such a versatile trail,you can drop in and out of it to go into your own area where you live or find new extended trails from
