Run Description
Start at Orpington Station outside the main ticket office then head up the short hill on Crofton Road (WB). Then Crofton Lane - Towncourt Lane - Queensway (Petts Wood Station nearby) - Franks Wood Avenue - Southborough Lane - Crown Lane - A21 NB for a short section - cross at zebra crossing - then turn left into Norman Park. Then at the exit cross straight across to Mead Way - at traffic lights head staright across down The Avenue. At West Wickham station turn left up Pickhurst Rise (hill towards the end) - B251 SB - pass near Hayes station - then turn right down the B265 (Keston) - Turn left down Barnet Wood Road and run on the road (no streetlights) - turn right along A233 SB - At Keston mark turn left along the A232. At the Fantail take the A232 Crofton Road (Locksbottom, Orpington). Pass some shops and run along Crofton Rd for c 2 miles back to Orpington station.
This run could also be run starting from Petts Wood, West Wickham and Hayes stations.
