Run Description
Start at Old Dee Bridge, out and back with 3 1/2 mile loop from 4 1/4 miles. Mostly traffic free on one side only closed roads. Controlled road crossings in last mile. Longer run in to the finish on the grass of the Roodee (Chester Race Course)
