Run Description
My Dad had a Massive Heart Attack in front of me this day. I pronounced his death after 50 minutes of CPR & Defibrillation at 12:02 AM 11-29-06 with my brother on the phone. This has motivated me to jog or swim a minimum of 30minutes, or bicycle a minimum of 1 hour as a combined total of every day since my dad's death for the rest of my life! If I miss a day, I must either make it up or double the time of the exercise to make it count 2.
