Run Description
A scenic jog through DC passing the "Mall", the Capitol, Washington Monument, WWII Memorial, and Lincoln Memorial. Because dodging tourists and traffic burns more calories!

There are some minor street crossings on this route but nothing over the standard 30-second traffic light break. I stuck to the National Mall "trails" and trails through Constitution Gardens (map not detailed enough for exact route). Give the monuments wi
