START @ THE UF TRACK...RUN A FEW MILES ON THE RUBBER TRACK (EASY ON THE KNEES)...THIS TRACK IS SCENIC(GOES AROUND LAKE ALICE)AND HAS SOME PRETTY GOOD HILLS.
