Run Description
Tough and HOT!!! Started at 5am and still didn;t beat the heat. Started with a faster pack then I should of and cramped at the 10K. Got over the cramp but never ran at 100% after that. 4:40:09

What an amazing experience! You raised the money for charity, you ran a Marathon in Hawaii, and you made some really nice friends while doing it. I am so envious and proud of you. Thanks for pushing me up those hills toward my goal! R

running down the highway of hawaii kai is tedious, but the rest of the run is wonderful
