10/30/07. 5:15 pm. 4.3 miles in 0:47:17. 587 Kcal. 20% fat. 65/152/167. 45 degrees sunny. 8 mph wind nnw. 241 feet of elevation. Nice easy run. My legs were stiff for the first 1.6 miles, but felt good after that.
