Run Description
Starting from the Running Company at 138 W. State St., head west on West State Street for 3/4 of a mile and turn right on Taughannock Blvd. A paved rec trail parallels the inlet and runs out to loop around the furthest peninsula in Cass Park beyond the marina. Loop around Cass and return the way you came.

This route is the perfect mid-day escape. I especially enjoy seeing the cranes take flight as I round the point, the sun on my face, and the sound of the water lapping at the shoreline.
