Run Description
Osmanthus trail is 3.1 miles. First Landing State Park (previously Seashore State Park)provides numerous trails for hiking, biking and running. Most trails slightly undulating with a carpet of pine needles (watch out for pesky tree roots though) Dismal swamp type environment adorned with beautiful spanish moss. Very shaded park is great when the temps are >90 dgrees in the summer.

A nice challenging run, with beautiful scenery, but the hills are sometimes killer. It's a natural trail so you have to watch your step for all of the roots and branches on the path.
