this is a run to help build up your mileage, without demanding constant running. <br> <br> check out the &quot;transition&quot; (T) notes to see when to approximate running and walking. these are adjustable, given progress. <br> <br> NOTE: i do advise at LEAST a very slow jog for the longer &quot;walk/jog&quot; intervals to maintain heart rate and stay loose. Every 50m or so, stretch those legs, do a few strides too...stay loose
