Wed.4th: Water Fitness Combination Routine (20min in shallow water, 20min in deep. AHR=130-150/min). This week I was sick and missed 2 water fitness classes. Sat.7th: Combination Work-out: 30min walk around Lake--AHR=120 (see above) and 20min. on NordicTrack--AHR=150. Feeling better this weekend and enjoy the combination routines but really took it easy this week in bouncing back from illness.
