- A little run after yoga! Leave North Main Yoga and head over the low hills via Main Steet for downtown. You'll circle Falls Park, go thru Cleveland Park past the zoo, and loop past the stables. Hook around on McDananiel to climb (tough!) back to Main Street again. Do a right face onto Main and go straight until you reach the steep slope up to Earle Street. Left on Earle, go two blocks, another left then drop slightly down to Stone Avenue to end it. Walk back to North Main Yoga to cool down. This is a good long run for 5k training!
