- run it at night, on a cool breezy day. it's great cause you can really haul it going down to columbia bouldevard quickly, but you have to come back up hill to get back to the start. so it forces you to put out maximum effort. also, end it with 2 or 3 sets of 5-10 pullups or any other exercize you want.
