Go down to Main st like we did last summer, on Old Furnace r, then go down to Riverside and up to that road that runs along main st and puts you out behind the courthouse. Go to main street and go right. Turn left at Vintage Spa and take it all the way up to Arby's and back down by the batting cages like the old Rocky Mount 4 miler used to go. Turn left there at Plygem and go back to Vintage Spa , and back down main street and back to your house the same back way. - a 8.5 mi running route in Rocky Mt, Virginia
