This is a very hilly trail run. The route is 90% trails/fire roads through Ft. Ord. There can be mountain lions in these areas, but I have yet to see anything other than sheep, bobcats, and jack rabbits. The sheep dogs can be aggressive at times, but the smaller dogs are usually chicken. This run is absolutely beautiful.
