I am an ABCF... :) Armenian Belgium Chinese French 4 grand parents from different country all met in France, which is where I grew up. I ran the San Diego Marathon on June 3, 2007, Honolulu on December 9, 2007 and Paris on April 6, 2008. Keep running, it keeps you young and remind you of your limit.
