Chicago, Illinois

In 1999 I weighed 235 lbs. I couldn't do much without loosing my breath, I decided to start biking, which eventually lead into running. I lost 75 pounds before the start of the new millenium and was fired up. Running was not just a way for me to get or stay fit, it was mental therapy. I have since run 4 marathons and working on number 5 (2008 Chicago Marathon).
