Profile

I recently decided to take up running in March and have enjoyed it tremendously. Having the typical conditioning growing pains associated with running from what I have read on most threads. I'm still very much a novice and would appreciate any help or advice I can get. I try stay as active as possible and I'm always willing to try new things. I have a few seasonal groups I'm involved in and some year round. I play volleyball 2-4 times a week and I go to the gym for weight training 3-4 times a week. I sail competitively in the spring/summer and I play flag football summer/fall.
