I ran the River Bank 25k in Grand Rapids, MI way back in May 2007. So much can happen in two years. I've started and restarted my training several times since then and I've been battling a hip/glut/nerve thing for over a year. I want to improve my endurance and time, so I'm restarting my training log up this summer. Long term goal: Chicago Marathon in 2010 (with my wife).
