You're talking to a fitness nut who loves nothing better than to lace up for a nice long run! On my own, with friends, my dog, I don't mind, just a crisp early morning, the open road and off I go!

I run all over Sydney, mostly on the North side and am hoping to compete in my first Marathon on the Gold Coast, July 08.

Other training includes the gym, boxing, weights, spinning and riding my horse, Cooper.
