In the M50 category, I've been running for 23 years and am a member of Eagle AC, where I've been Chairman for the past few years. I'm also an AAI National Course measurer and a Level 1 coach. I have the following PBs (long time ago!); 1M 5:09, 3k 9:36, 5k 16:52, 4M 21:37, 5M 27:52, 6M 34:10, 10k 34:57, 10M 58:46, Half-Mar 77:25, 15M 88:28 and Mar 2:46:03.
