Hey I'm Nic. I'm in the Air Force so I'm in decent shape but normally only run 1.5 - 2 miles for PT. I recently made the decision to ger serious about running again after a long absence. I used to run cross coutry and track in high school, but that was a long time ago. I'm running a half marathon on January 17th 2010...the training is on!!!
