Started running again seriously in 2007 after not doing much since 1985. Had a severely sprained ankle in July of 2007 while running on my last day at a rafting outfit in West Virginia. It took until March of 2008 before I could actually feel comfortable running on it again. Have done the Chicago Half Marathon in Sept. 2008 in 1:41 and did an 8K Turkey trot on Thanksgiving day in 34:33. Plan on another half this spring and fall. Maybe the Chicago Marathon this year 2009.
