Dragged myself through 13ks. Very tired from end of year. Tired of dealing with my health. Apparently I need to go gluten and dairy free. So no cheese for my runs. Need to find something else. So tired. Anyway it's done. Rest time now. No wait - I have to clean house, wash the car and prepare for tomorrow morning's BodyFit party.
