- This is the FINAL 2019 Detroit Free Press/TCF Bank Marathon course, scheduled for Sunday, October 20 at 7:00 AM. The race will again start and finish on W Fort St west of Cass Ave, and follows the route identical to last year's, except we must detour around a bridge construction project on W Fort St east of Rosa Parks Blvd, before Mile 1. There is a minor correction in Corktown before Mile 12 to correct for this change. (Note: the course is plotted to the accuracy that the MapMyRun tool will allow. The true, USATF measured distance is 26.22 miles. Mile markers shown here are slightly short of the exact marks, and we will provide a list of locations on our website)
