Rushworth to Tait Hamilton Road plus Growlers Hill
An undulating track heading south from Rushworth along the Rushworth-Nagambie road. Mostly sealed except for the last couple of kms out, which is clay/dirt road. Return to Rushworth and finish the route with a short run up to the top of Growlers Hill (40m+ elevation climb over a half km section). If your heart wasn't racing, it will be by the end of that. Cool down with gravity from the top of Growlers back into Rushworth. Coffee and lunch at the bakery. Roads are pretty quiet, shoulder is not generous and is unsealed, but enough room to get off if a car passes. We saw 6 cars in a 90 minute stint. - a 11.4 mi running route in Rushworth, Australia
