25min Out & then back
Second run in two weeks which is also my second run in about 4 months. I ran on the grass verge or in the stormwater drains all the way except for on Ngawhini Rd. Good "cross country" training but with my current lack of fitness my quads "let me know they were there" aka started to ache after ~18 minutes. It took about 20 minutes to get to the top of Ngawhini Rd & then five minutes to get to the bridge (the lowest point on the elevation chart), which I walked across before turning around and running home. - a 5.5 mi running route in Hawera, New Zealand
