Head Race (Ardnacrusha - Clonlara - Ardnacrusha)
This is a 5 mile run that begins at the bridge at Ardnacrusha and routes along the east bank of the 'Tail Race' towards Clonlara. Cross the bridge at Clonlara and retuen to Ardnacrusha on the opposite bank. This is a nice run in a rural setting away from any houses or traffic. It is very flat, and there is great scenery around. It's on grass too. You need to click on satellite view to view the run properly as google maps does not show the 'tail race'. - a 4.9 mi running route in Outside Limerick City, Ireland
