My Long Run
This my longer weekly run from my house to the bridge over the gravel trail to mission s road and flat out to central hit 225grade at nooksack church over rolling hills turn on Hemmi out and up to Everson Goshen turn right back to central down the hill back to flat mission and back home. I like this run it is challenging in the hill area over to the river at riverside park and soak my legs for 10 miutes in the cold water. - a 17362.8 m activity route in Everson, Washington
