Run starts near the Continente Hypermarket just in public park. The route passes trough very safe secondary roads with hilly contour. Between 9 and 11 km starts the descent towards Estoi with surprising view over the Atlantic Ocean and Ria Formosa. Spontaneus local vegetation all around (olive, carrubs, almond and Strawberry trees), with smell of fennel and topped lavender. Passage near Estoi Palace - Portugal historical-design Pousada and finish at local health park. Route can be done walking both directions (aprox. 2h.30min at good pace)
