Lace up your shoes and head uptown for the annual Coogan&amp;rsquo;s Salsa, Blues, and Shamrocks 5K Run. As you tour Manhattan&amp;rsquo;s Washington Heights neighborhood, be serenaded by dozens of different musical groups along the course. Stick around post-race for spirited kids runs, awards, and more fun.<br>&lt;br&gt;<br>Course<br>&lt;br&gt;<br><br>&lt;br&gt;<br>Details to come. Start on Fort Washington Ave between 172nd &amp;amp; 173rd Streets. Run north on Fort Washington Avenue to Fort Tryon Park. Complete one full loop of Fort Tryon Park and run south along Fort Washington Avenue to the finish.
