This is the XC course used for 5K and 8K races. Course is pretty much all cut grass. Path is visible for most of the year, and there are red posts giving you each mile marker for both distances. The Wellness Center is next to the pool inside the Penick Academic Complex and, they can give detailed maps for each distance.
