Beachy Head Run
Awesome little run. Starting of flat along the promenade then up on to the downs and along the cliff edge (mind the edge and mind the rabbits!). Up a 40 degree incline to the beachy head pub before going further along the coast with some very big dips and hills before running up to the lighthouse. Back along the cliff and along the road once past the pub. Cut back down to the road and along the road back for a fast down hill finish. Dip in the sea at the end is optional! :-) - a 8.5 mi running route in Eastbourne, the United Kingdom
