Run to the Lake
Warmed up for a mile and a half and then picked up speed. It was windy the whole time (NW wind as I ran South). By the lake, it got very windy and I was forced to walk about half a mile. This run is quit scenic considering it's vincity to such high population. It's challenging but fun and invigorating! - a 7 mi running route in Caldwell, Idaho
