Milwaukee Road Westin
Park at the Westin hotel on Milwaukee Ave. From the Southeast corner of the hotel, follow the black metal fence bordering the sidewalk along the pond. When the fence ends, follow the path through the trees, bear right to the pedestrian bridge. Only saw 4 people during the run. Might not be a good location for a woman/girl by herself, but I felt safe. Could be a bit muddy during or after a rain. Mostly packed dirt. Saw evidence of horses and almost ran into a deer crossing a bridge - a 6 mi running route in Northbrook, Illinois
