Route starts at Agia Matrona (the blue church), drops to the Avakas Gorge and then climbs the track to the south to the first plateau (by the goat farm). At 5.5km the route diverts south to pick up a goat track up on to the Moundiko plateau. The final 4km is a gentle run back down to the church. The area around the 7km point is off-road and unmarked. Might be good to be guided first time!
