11/30/2008 Stroller walk & run
Pushed kids in stroller up falls trail to boundary trail rd. than down to Mountain Lake Dam with Tirzah & her dad Ric. I than left them to walk to the Mountain Lake Parking lot while I ran down the falls trail to our parked car. I than picked them up in our car. They than dropped me off at the falls parking lot where I hit the trail to cascade lake swimming area & than looped Cascade lake. The time is estimate as I did not start my stop watch until I started running from Mountain Lake Dam. My time from Mountain Lake Dam to Cascade & around the loop was 40 mins. - a 7.1 mi running route in Eastsound, Washington
