Start at 52 Main St, Milford and end where bike path stops, Milford/Hopkinton Trail Parking Lot. From Milford Center, this leg is along the Upper Charles Trail. Use caution when crossing under 495, but path is continuous and has good crosswalks here. Trail ends just past mile 4, parking lot parallel to Cedar St/Rt 85. End leg at end of Bike Path
