The best route is just doing an out and back down Rosedale Valley. Park is a little interesting as you lose the sidewalk for about a block. Next to Rosedale there is a nice wide bike path that is great for running. Only drawback is that it is downhill all the way out, so uphill all the way back. Took an alternate route the second time I tried this, going through a park and eventually through a neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend this as you could easily get lost
